1. Introduction

At BharatBuying.com, the e-marketplace for Bharat Genuine Parts, our platform is owned by Bharat Digipay Services LLP. we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery times, costs, and other important details.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:  PAN INDIA

3. Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically processed/delivery time within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  • High-demand periods may result in slight processing delays.

 

4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping Method:: 
  • VRL/Navata/Kranti transport/Sindhu Daily Parcel/Sindhu Logistics and

               Any other Daily Parcel Service Providers.

  
  • Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

 

5. Shipping Costs:  TO PAY Basis.   

  • Shipping rates, Shipping costs for other orders are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

OR

  • Shipping Charges extra @3% on Invoice Value subject to a minimum Rs. 300/- for all the orders. (GST Applicable)
  • Store Pickup

 

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
  • You can track your shipment on our website or through the courier’s tracking portal.

 

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, it may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • You may need to pay additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
  • If the package is returned and you request a refund, shipping charges will not be refunded.

 

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at BharatGenuineParts@gmail.com

  • If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.

 

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items:

  1. Contact us within 2 days of delivery.
  2. Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

 

10. Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it following our Return Policy.
